Kolkata, August 26, 2026: The Late Sheikh Mohammad Israel Trust observed the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) by organising a humanitarian fruit distribution programme at T. L. Jaiswal Hospital, where fruits were distributed among patients and people present at the hospital.
The programme was organised in the loving memory of the late Sheikh Mohammad Israel, with the objective of spreading compassion, kindness and the spirit of humanitarian service on the auspicious occasion. Saif Shehzada, Head of the Late Sheikh Mohammad Israel Trust, led the initiative and personally participated in distributing fruits among patients and others at the hospital.
The programme was attended by several distinguished personalities and members of the community. Shahid Shafi, Advocate at Howrah Court, was present as the Chief Guest, while Badru Doza Ansari, a prominent social worker, attended the programme as a special guest.
Among the other guests and dignitaries present on the occasion were Javed Akhtar, Imtiaz Ansari, Vicky Jaiswal, Karate Chairman and Darpan News reporter, Ajmal Hussain, Shahil Shehzada, along with several other respected members of the community.
Members of the Sheikh Mohammad Israel Trust and the family also participated in the programme. Mohammad Shehzada, Sabia Shehzada and Mehrunnisa Khan were present and extended their support to the humanitarian initiative.
