Howrah, August 20: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has further strengthened its organisational structure in Howrah with a series of new appointments in the Uttar Howrah Mandal-3 Yuva Morcha. The appointments were announced with the objective of giving greater momentum to the party’s youth organisation and expanding its organisational activities at the grassroots level.
Under the leadership of Gaurang Bhattacharya, President of the Howrah District Yuva Morcha, Avinash Pratap Singh has been appointed as the President of Uttar Howrah Mandal-3 Yuva Morcha. Alongside him, Mohammad Taufeeq has also been entrusted with an important organisational responsibility in Mandal-3.
The newly appointed office-bearers were formally presented with their appointment letters by Sikandar Khan, President of the Howrah District Minority Morcha, in the presence of Veer Sahani, President of Mandal-3. The appointment programme witnessed the participation of several party workers and local leaders.
Following the announcement, a special felicitation ceremony was organised at Ward No. 16 in Pilkhana under the leadership of BJP leader Shamsher Alam. Avinash Pratap Singh and Mohammad Taufeeq were warmly welcomed by party workers and supporters and felicitated with flower bouquets.
The atmosphere at the programme remained enthusiastic as party workers congratulated both newly appointed office-bearers on their new responsibilities. Supporters expressed confidence that the new leadership would play an important role in strengthening the Yuva Morcha’s organisational network and increasing its engagement with young people and local residents.
Speaking on the occasion, party workers emphasised the importance of strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level. They expressed hope that the newly appointed team would work actively towards taking the party’s programmes, policies and public outreach initiatives to a wider section of society.
The appointments are being viewed by local party workers as an opportunity to further energise the youth wing and increase participation in organisational and public-contact activities across the area. With new responsibilities being assigned to the local leadership, the party is expected to focus on strengthening coordination among workers and expanding its grassroots presence.
The felicitation programme also brought together a large number of BJP workers and supporters. Among those present were Khurshid Alam, Aamir Hussain, Rais Kausar, Mohammad Arman, Shahid Afsar and Ejaz Ahmed, along with several other party workers and local supporters.

Party workers expressed confidence that Avinash Pratap Singh and Mohammad Taufeeq would discharge their new responsibilities effectively and contribute towards further strengthening the BJP Yuva Morcha in Uttar Howrah Mandal-3.
