Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh – Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), an Institute of National Importance, has launched its first off-campus centre in Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh. This pioneering initiative is the first of its kind in India to integrate education, research, and training in the field of national security.
