
Kolkata, October 7, 2026: West Bengal’s healthcare sector is set to receive a major boost as Charnock Hospitals and Philips have announced a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening healthcare infrastructure and advancing patient care across the state.
Under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the two organisations will collaborate on the deployment of critical care technologies and integrated healthcare solutions across Charnock Hospitals’ existing and upcoming facilities in West Bengal.
The partnership will focus on creating more connected and digitally enabled healthcare environments, covering key areas such as radiology, cardiology, patient monitoring and enterprise informatics. The organisations also plan to explore joint training and development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of healthcare professionals.
Speaking on the partnership, Bharath Sesha, Managing Director, Philips Indian Subcontinent, said the collaboration is built around bringing technology, data and clinical expertise together to create connected care environments. He added that Philips is pleased to partner with Charnock Hospitals as the healthcare network continues to expand its presence in West Bengal.
