The new solution combines automatic water level monitoring, remote pump operation and essential motor protection features in a single integrated system. By reducing the need for extensive wiring between overhead tanks and ground-level pumps, the product aims to simplify installation, minimise associated costs and enhance convenience for households.
Conventional water level controllers often require wiring between the overhead tank and the pump, which can involve additional installation work, particularly in multi-storey buildings. Moreover, consumers may need separate systems for water level management and pump protection. INTELLISENSE SmartPro addresses these challenges by bringing these functions together in one solution.
Wireless Connectivity and Smart Water Management
One of the key features of INTELLISENSE SmartPro is its use of LoRa wireless technology, which enables communication between the Main Water Level Controller (MWC) and the Overhead Tank Controller (OHT). The technology supports connectivity from the ground floor up to the seventh floor, helping eliminate the need for inter-floor wiring.
The controller also offers automatic water level management, starting the pump when the tank is empty and switching it off when the tank is full to help prevent water overflow. A four-level LED indicator on the main controller allows users to monitor tank water levels conveniently.
Remote Control Through Smartphone App
For enhanced convenience, INTELLISENSE SmartPro is compatible with the Crompton Senze app, available on iOS and Android devices. Through the app, consumers can remotely monitor water levels, control pump operations, set up to 10 schedules and receive alerts about faults directly on their smartphones.
The system also incorporates protection features designed to help safeguard connected pumps against voltage fluctuations, overload conditions and dry running. Additionally, its IP65 weatherproof rating makes it suitable for installations exposed to varying weather conditions.
Designed for single-phase submersible pumps of up to 2 HP, the product is compatible with oil-filled submersible pumps, water-filled submersible pumps and openwell pumps.

Consumers purchasing an eligible Crompton submersible pump and the INTELLISENSE SmartPro controller together on a single invoice can also avail themselves of an additional six-month warranty, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
