Kolkata, June 10: In a bid to promote creativity and provide a platform for emerging artists and artisans, Twinkle Star Welfare Trust has organized an “Art & Craft Exhibition-cum-Sale” at Charubasana Art Gallery, located opposite South City Mall in Kolkata. The exhibition was formally inaugurated on Wednesday and will remain open to visitors until June 15, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily.
The exhibition showcases a diverse collection of paintings, handcrafted artworks, decorative items, creative craft pieces, and other artistic creations made by talented artists and artisans associated with the organization. Organizers believe the event will serve as a major attraction for art enthusiasts while also providing artists with an important opportunity to display and market their work.
According to the organizers, the initiative aims to encourage greater appreciation of art and culture in society while inspiring the younger generation to engage in creative pursuits. The inaugural ceremony was attended by several distinguished personalities from the fields of art, culture, and social service, including Kia Sinha, Shubhamoy Basu, Dr. Arnab Gupta, Principal Shivani Mitra Dalal, and Dipanjali Deb.
