Howrah (Ghusuri):
On the auspicious occasion of the Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Syed Shah Rahmatullah Alaihe, a grand and spiritually enriching Naatia Mehfil was organised today at the revered Dargah located at 51, Jai Bibi Road, Ghusuri, Howrah. The programme was organised by Mr. Badrudoza Ansari and witnessed the participation of a large number of devotees, religious scholars and prominent community members.
The Mehfil featured soulful recitations of Naat and Kalam by renowned Naat Khwans and Islamic scholars, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion and reverence. Those who presented their kalam included Hafiz Lukman Raza, Hafiz Ehsan Rizvi (Imam, Syed Mir Masjid), Hafiz Gulab Ashrafi, Dr. Saleem Akhtar, Mr. Parvez Habibi, Mr. Hasan Raza and several other respected personalities. Their heartfelt recitations captivated the audience and highlighted the values of faith, peace and humanity.
The programme was graced by the presence of several distinguished guests. The chief guests included Mr. Abdul Qayoom Ansari, Mr. Jameel Ahmed Ansari (Shibpur) and Mr. Imtiaz Ansari, President, Sports Cell, Bally Block, Trinamool Congress. Among the special guests were Mr. Md Saleem Khalifa, Mr. Javed Akhtar, Mr. Qamaruddin Ansari, Mr. Biru Khan, Chairman, Sports Cell, Bally Ward No. 18, Mr. Ata Mohammed, Mr. Ashraf Ali, Mr. Shabbir Ali and Mr. Mohammed Ali Johar.
In the concluding phase of the programme, langar and sweets were distributed among the devotees, symbolising unity, charity and brotherhood. The organisers extended a warm welcome to all attendees and conveyed their heartfelt greetings and best wishes. Special efforts in welcoming the guests and devotees were made by Firoz Ansari, Mohammed Shafiq, Wasim Akhtar and Tasleem Akhtar.
The Urs Mubarak celebration once again reflected the rich spiritual and cultural traditions of the region, promoting messages of harmony, devotion and communal unity.
