Salesforce and Sister Nivedita University Launch Eastern India’s First AI-CRM Center to Empower Future Tech Talent

In a landmark move towards redefining the future of education and employment in Eastern India, Salesforce, the global leader in AI-powered Customer Relationship Management (CRM), has partnered with Sister Nivedita University (SNU) to establish a state-of-the-art Salesforce Lab on campus.The collaboration is aimed at equipping over 1,000 students annually with advanced skills in CRM, Artificial Intelligence, and cloud technologies, bridging the digital skills gap and unlocking new opportunities for the next generation of professionals.

A Curriculum Designed for Real-World Impact

The partnership will introduce a customized Salesforce curriculum, seamlessly integrated into academic programs across disciplines such as engineering, management, media, and agriculture. The curriculum covers:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Agentforce Salesforce’s AI-powered digital workforce platform

Learning will be delivered through Trailhead, Salesforce’s signature gamified learning platform, along with hands-on lab work, live projects, and internship experiences that ensure practical exposure and job-ready skills.

Faculty Development & Institutional Support

To ensure the success and sustainability of the program, Salesforce and its Workforce Development Partner, Bong Bong Academy, will upskill SNU faculty through a Train-the-Trainer program, empowering them to deliver the content with industry-aligned pedagogy.

From Learning to Earning: Career Opportunities for Students

Students who complete the program will earn globally recognized Salesforce certifications and will be eligible for placements and internships with Salesforce partner companies, accelerating their transition from academics to the professional world.
