Kolkata, June 2026: In a significant step towards improving grassroots healthcare infrastructure, Jupiter International Limited has funded the establishment of ‘Sneh Sparsh – A Healing Touch’, a 1,890 sq. ft. community health clinic in Dakshin Barasat near Joynagar under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
Developed in collaboration with RC Mayfair and RCC Suchetna, the clinic was formally inaugurated with the objective of providing accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services to residents of surrounding areas, where specialist medical consultation and regular healthcare support are often limited.
Designed as a patient-friendly facility, the clinic features dedicated doctors’ chambers, consultation rooms, a reception area, and essential amenities. Unlike periodic health camps, ‘Sneh Sparsh’ has been envisioned as a permanent healthcare touchpoint that ensures continuity of care for local communities.
The facility will host weekly visits by specialist doctors, including gynaecologists, orthopaedic experts, paediatricians, and general physicians, enabling regular medical consultations, early diagnosis, and timely treatment. Plans are also underway to establish a medicine counter within the clinic, reducing travel costs and improving access to essential medicines for patients.
The initiative reflects Jupiter International’s broader commitment to community welfare and sustainable development. By supporting preventive healthcare and early intervention, the company aims to improve health outcomes among women, children, senior citizens, and working families in the region.
