New range combines faster heating, enhanced capacity and advanced safety features to meet modern household needs
Kolkata: Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. has strengthened its water heating portfolio with the launch of a new range of 5.9-litre instant water heaters, designed to deliver faster heating, enhanced capacity and reliable performance for modern households.
As consumers increasingly seek convenient and efficient hot water solutions, the new range aims to address everyday challenges such as hard water conditions, high water pressure and long waiting times. With a focus on performance, safety and durability, the water heaters are designed to meet the needs of contemporary homes, including high-rise apartments.
Advanced Technology for Better Performance
The new range features anti-scale technology designed to help protect the heating element from mineral deposits in hard water conditions of up to 1,000 PPM. Powered by a 3kW heating element, the water heaters offer approximately 40% faster heating, helping reduce waiting time.
With an enhanced 5.9-litre capacity, the range provides approximately 18% more hot water capacity compared with the reference capacity cited by the company. The products also carry a 6.5-bar pressure rating, making them suitable for installations where water pressure is higher, including high-rise buildings.
Four-Level Safety and Durable Design
Safety remains a key focus of the new range. The water heaters feature four levels of protection, including an auto thermostat, thermal cut-out and pressure safety valve, along with fire-safety protection.
The range is equipped with a food-grade stainless-steel tank designed for durability and long-lasting performance. Its compact wall-mounted design, refined exterior finish and LED indicators add convenience while complementing contemporary household interiors.
To provide additional assurance to consumers, Crompton is offering a five-year warranty on the tank and two-year warranties on both the heating element and the product.
