Kolkata, July 14, 2026: Mahabir Danwar Jewellers (MDJ) officially launched the fifth season of its flagship “Couple No 1” contest with a grand curtain raiser at its Park Street showroom in Kolkata. Celebrating love, companionship, and lasting relationships, the new season promises to be the biggest edition yet, with the winning couple receiving an all-expenses-paid trip to Baku, Azerbaijan.
The launch event was attended by actress Richa Sharma, celebrity motivational speaker Naina More, Benchmark Group CEO Radhika Nowlakha Agarwal, and Rajshree Soni, Design Head of Mahabir Danwar Jewellers. Also present were MDJ Directors Vijay Soni, Arvind Soni, Sandeep Soni, and Amit Soni.

They added that Season 5 aims to create unforgettable memories, with the grand prize of an international holiday to Baku making this edition even more special.

The “Couple No 1 – Season 5” contest invites married couples to submit their best couple photographs. Selected participants will receive discount coupons and an opportunity to visit the MDJ showroom, with the winning couple earning the grand prize trip to Baku.
The Grand Finale is scheduled to be held in September 2026.
