JSW Steel Unveils Digitally Enabled ‘JSW Experience Centre’ in Kolkata to Showcase Innovation and Sustainability

Kolkata, January 19, 2026:
JSW Steel, the flagship company of the diversified US$30-billion JSW Group, today announced the inauguration of its state-of-the-art, digitally enabled JSW Experience Centre at Joka, Kolkata. The centre has been developed by S.N.B. Trading Pvt. Ltd., an authorised JSW Steel channel partner, to offer customers an immersive and interactive engagement with the brand’s products, technologies and sustainability initiatives.

The Experience Centre was inaugurated by Mr. Tarun Jha, Head of Marketing, JSW Steel; Mr. M. V. Krishna, Vice President – Channel Marketing, JSW Steel; Mr. D. Gopinath, Regional Manager – East Zone, JSW Steel; and Mr. Shyamal Paul, Director, S.N.B. Trading Pvt. Ltd.

Designed as a modern, technology-driven facility, the JSW Experience Centre provides OEM customers, MSMEs, infrastructure developers, partners and other stakeholders with a comprehensive view of JSW Steel’s extensive product portfolio, service capabilities and commitment to innovation and sustainability. The centre features high-definition displays, interactive exhibits and engaging audio-visual content that enable visitors to better understand product applications and solutions.

Speaking on the occasion, company officials highlighted that the Experience Centre marks a significant milestone for JSW Steel, as it strengthens customer engagement while showcasing the company’s unwavering focus on quality, innovation and sustainable growth. The facility also serves as an educational platform to demonstrate the critical role steel plays in nation-building and modern infrastructure.

The Legacy Wall presents a holistic narrative of JSW Steel’s growth journey, tracing its evolution into one of India’s leading steel manufacturers. It reflects the company’s values, progress and long-standing commitment to building trust and confidence among stakeholders.

JSW Steel Product Wall:
Showcasing JSW Steel’s wide array of specialised products manufactured using advanced technologies such as Corex, DRI and Conarc, the Product Wall features hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel, coated steel, tinplate, TMT bars, wire rods and special alloy steel. Interactive LED displays allow customers to explore applications across diverse industries, enabling informed and confident decision-making.

JSW Digital Portal:
Embracing digital transformation, the centre houses interactive digital kiosks that allow visitors to explore product information, download brochures through QR codes and engage with visual storytelling. These digital touchpoints are designed to create a seamless, intuitive and enriching customer experience.
