The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports has sounded the call for unity as it launches the Sardar@150 Unity March — a massive nationwide campaign led by MY Bharat to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the architect of national integration.With the vision of Ek Bharat, Atmanirbhar Bharat, the initiative aims to inspire India’s youth with patriotism, participation, and pride — galvanizing them into active nation-building.
Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports inaugurated the Digital Phase on October 6, initiating:
- National social media reel competition
- Essay writing contest
- Sardar@150 Young Leaders Program — giving 150 winners the honor to participate in the National Padyatra
2-Phase Grand Campaign Across India
Phase 1: District-Level Padyatras
📅 October 31 – November 25, 2025
Thousands of youth will embark on 8–10 km unity marches in every parliamentary constituency, participating in:

- Awareness drives in schools & colleges
- Street plays, seminars and debates on Sardar Patel
- Swadeshi fairs and “Garv Se Swadeshi” pledge
- Yoga, health camps & cleanliness drives
- Tributes to Sardar Patel with cultural celebrations
Youth will also take the Atmanirbhar Bharat pledge, committing to civic responsibility and national pride.
Phase 2: National March of Unity
November 26 – December 6, 2025
The historic march will trace a 152 km route from Karamsad to the Statue of Unity, featuring:
- Vibrant village-level activities enroute
- 150 major stops with exhibitions on Patel’s life & India’s cultural strength
- Inspirational Sardar Gatha Sessions every evening with eminent scholars
