Powerful Awareness Campaign Against Child Trafficking Held at Howrah Muslim High School

In an urgent and impactful move to combat the rising menace of child trafficking, a comprehensive awareness program was held at Howrah Muslim High School, jointly organized by the District Legal Services Authority, Howrah, and Sankalp Today – Legal Awareness Mission.

The event witnessed a strong turnout of students, teachers, parents, and local residents, signaling a growing collective consciousness against crimes targeting children.

Purpose & Highlights:

The program was aimed at sensitizing young minds and the broader community about the gruesome realities of child trafficking, its legal implications, and preventive strategies. Eminent legal experts, law enforcement officials, and social activists shared the stage, offering deep insights and urging for unified, community-driven action against this inhuman practice.

(Mr. Imtiyaz Bhartiya), founder and secretary of Sankalp Today, shared the organization’s ongoing efforts to protect children’s rights and build grassroots resistance to trafficking.
