Kisaanka Agriaqua, an innovative agri and aqua tech startup incubated by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and powered by the North Eastern Council (NEEDP), Government of India, officially launched its much-awaited Kisaanka Kids Book Series — a collection of four beautifully illustrated e-books designed to bring children closer to nature, food, and farming.
The launch event celebrated the spirit of sustainability, curiosity, and creativity, underscoring Kisaanka’s mission to reconnect the next generation with the roots of agriculture. Through engaging storytelling and vivid illustrations, the book series aims to inspire young readers to appreciate soil, seeds, and the natural cycles that sustain life on Earth.
Recently honored as the “Best Agritech Startup of the Year” by the Indian Chamber of Commerce, New Delhi, Kisaanka continues to integrate innovation with education — nurturing not only crops but also young, conscious minds.
The launch event witnessed the presence of dignitaries, educators, environmentalists, and parents, all united by a shared belief that instilling environmental awareness in children today will help build a greener, more responsible tomorrow.
