In a heartwarming gesture marking the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, a special Eid gift distribution programme was organized after Jumma prayers at Satti Pir Masjid, located at 146 J.N. Mukherjee Road, Ghusuri, Bally in Howrah.
The initiative was led by Bally Trinamool Congress candidate Kailash Mishra, in collaboration with Trinamool Congress Minority Cell Bally Block President Salman Khan.
Eid Gifts Presented to Religious and Community Members
As part of the programme, Eid gifts were respectfully presented to key members of the mosque and local community:
- The Imam of Satti Pir Masjid, Hafiz Ehsan Raza Rizvi, was honoured with clothes as an Eid gift, symbolizing respect and festive goodwill.
- Community representatives Biru Khan and Anwar Ali Qadri were presented with sevaiyan (traditional vermicelli) by Ajmal Hussain, accompanied by warm Eid greetings.
The event reflected the values of sharing, generosity, and unity that define the spirit of Eid.

The programme witnessed the presence of several respected figures and community members, including:
