Kolkata, October 25, 2025: Kolkata is ready to witness its biggest-ever cycling celebration as Coal India presents Kolkata Cyclothon 2025, organized by Loha Foundation, the Sports Authority of India (SAI) and the Fit India Movement. With a mission to champion fitness, sustainability, and community well-being, the city has opened registrations for this mega movement titled “Ride for Change, Ride for Kolkata”.
Slated for Sunday, November 9, 2025, this citywide fitness fiesta expects the participation of 3000+ cycling and fitness enthusiasts, transforming the iconic streets of Kolkata into a festive arena of wheels and wellness. The event boasts an attractive ₹5.5 lakh prize pool along with exciting lucky draw hampers, fueling enthusiasm among cyclists of all age groups.Those who don’t own a cycle can still be a vital part of the movement — thanks to the 5KM Fun Run, ensuring inclusivity at its best.
