JIS University hosted a two-day International Management Literary Conclave 2026, bringing together eminent academicians, policymakers, industry leaders, and creative minds to explore the evolving landscape of management through the lens of quantum thinking.
Organised by the Department of Management Studies, the conclave revolved around the theme “The Entangled Social Fabric: Future Managerial Leadership and Organisational Dynamics Through Quantum Mechanism.” The event aimed to address contemporary management challenges by integrating insights from complexity science, emerging technologies, and interdisciplinary frameworks.
The conclave featured a rich mix of keynote sessions, panel discussions, student-led film presentations, case study workshops, and interactive dialogues—fostering a vibrant exchange of ideas on future-ready leadership and organisational transformation.

Student Creativity Takes Centre Stage
A major highlight of the event was “Kalpana Katha ‘o’ Kahini II,” a student-driven film presentation segment. The initiative explored the theme “Science, Religion and its Impact on Business Management,” blending creative storytelling with critical thinking. The segment was complemented by engaging workshops and thought-provoking discussions, encouraging interdisciplinary exploration among students.
