CREDAI Kolkata, the apex association of real estate developers in the city, successfully hosted the 9th Edition of the CREDAI Kolkata Realty Awards 2025, a prestigious platform recognising excellence, innovation and leadership in the real estate sector across Kolkata, North 24 Parganas and South 24 Parganas.
The awards reaffirmed their legacy of honouring projects and professionals who have played a pivotal role in shaping the region’s evolving real estate landscape. The gala evening witnessed the presence of eminent personalities, including renowned stand-up comedian, writer and YouTuber Biswa Kalyan Rath, alongside Apurva Salarpuria, President, CREDAI Kolkata. Vice Presidents Ashok Saraf and Pramod Ranjan Dwivedi also graced the occasion, joined by Kolkata’s leading real estate developers, making it a celebration of industry excellence and collective achievement.
